A new flight route has just taken off from London Stansted airport, courtesy of easyJet. The new route in question will ferry folk between the north London aviation hub and Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. This marks the first time that easyJet has operated a flight between these two particular airports.
The shiny new route’s inaugural flight took place earlier this month. The budget-friendly flight operator is continuing to strengthen its position within Stansted Airport, bringing the number of destinations served by easyJet from the aviation hub to 7 in total.

The twice-weekly route currently runs between Stansted and Charles de Gaulle on Thursdays and Sundays, and will continue to do so until the end of March. The seasonal service will then change to Mondays and Fridays throughout the summer.
Seats on the new service start from just £35.99, making them cheaper than a lot of other alternatives. So, if you fancy taking yourself on a nice, summery trip to Paris. This might just be the easiest way to jet there.
Kevin Doyle, easyJet’s UK country manager, said: “We are really please to be celebrating our new route to Paris which is proving to be popular with business and leisure travellers alike.”
