London is undeniably gorgeous all year round, but – in our humble opinion – it truly reigns supreme during the season to be jolly. Blanketed in a thick layer of fairy lights and festive cheer; each and every corner of the capital is getting ready for Santa Claus to come to town. And one area that’s looking particularly dazzling whilst doing so is Duke of York Square in Chelsea.
The swanky spot is commemorating the countdown to Christmas with an enchanting trail of festive displays based on the iconic carol, The Twelve Days of Christmas. Inviting visitors to wander through the stunning seasonal creations and search high and low for all 12 of the characters from the song; the trail is perfect for all ages. And it won’t cost you a penny.

The jaw-dropping decorations and spectacular sculptures come courtesy of luxury florist, All for Love, and artist, Susannah Garrod. Together they’ve sprinkled their magic across the square and created twelve beautiful displays, featuring bespoke illustrations, glistening lights, and a whole lot of flowers.
Hidden throughout the square, you’ll find everything from some swimming swans, eight cows waiting to be milked, and three French hens – complete with a miniature Eiffel Tower. There’s something gorgeous to gawp at every turn, so we’d highly recommend you stepping into Christmas at Duke of York Square this festive season.
