Dust off your cowboy boots and round up your pals, because London’s most unique country music festival is officially heading back in to town this summer. Country on the Common will, once again, be transforming Tooting Common into a hub of all things country music and filling it to the brim with boot-scootin’ bliss.
Country on the Common 2026
Following its inaugural event last summer (which happened to be London’s first ever outdoor country music festival), Country on the Common will return to Lido Field on July 4 and 5. The weekend will be jam-packed with the likes of live music, line-dancing, lasso lessos, axe-throwing, rodeo ridings, food stalls, family-friendly activities, and so much more. Sound toot-ally brilliant to me.

Hoping to welcome back a plethora of country music-lovers from across Wandsworth and beyond; the fun-filled festival has been organised by Enable, on behalf of Wandsworth Council. Each ticket sale will directly help raise funds towards Enable’s mission to enrich lives through investment in community events. So, attending Country on the Common will be as good for your conscience as it will be your social life.
The 2026 line-up
This year’s lengthy line-up features live performances from established acts and up-and-coming talent alike. The festival will shine a spotlight on the diversity and vibrancy of the UK’s country music scene. On the Saturday, visitors will be treated to music from the likes of Seasick Steve, Kezia Gill, and Twinnie. And on Sunday, festival-goers will be graced with the presence of Cody Pennington, Elles Bailey, and Vernon Kay (armed with his country jukebox, of course).

Whilst the country music is – unsurprisingly – the main event. There will be all sorts of other activities to get stuck into across the weekend. Attendees can expect to try their hand at a whole host of exciting activities. With capacity to welcome up to 6000 visitors, Country on the Common has firmly established itself as a true highlight of London’s summer social scene – and it’s certainly set to be a weekend to remember.
Country on the Common will be taking place on Tooting Common on July 4 and July 5. Find out more, discover the full line-up, and snap up a ticket here.
