The car boot sale to end all car boot sales is rolling back into King’s Cross next month, providing Londoners with ample chance to grab a bargain and marvel at other items before enjoying a whole host of different activities in the area.
The Classic Car Boot Sale returns to King’s Cross from April 26-27 for its 10th anniversary edition. Visitors will be able to check out over 100+ vintage traders as well as, of course, a stunning display of rare classic cars. As if that wasn’t enough, this Spring’s event will also feature a Pinball & Arcade Alley, the roving CCA Art Bus travelling art gallery, and more.

The Classic Car Boot Sale
Living by the mantra ‘forget everything you know about car boot sales’, this one certainly doesn’t follow the standard formula of merely buying and selling old goods. Taking over three areas around King’s Cross, the event doles out “a curated mix of vintage fashion, classic cars and sustainable shopping”. Next month’s event will even feature the “largest outdoor Charity Super.Mkt”, so you can be sure of snapping up some impressive designer threads.
Plus, the cars on show are not to be missed. This April’s event shows off a celebration of 70 years of the Citroën DS. A special display will trace the avant-garde French creation through the decades. That’s in addition to the wealth of classic cars to clap your eyes on. These range from American muscle cars to privately owned, rare, designed vintage wheels.

But if you’re not here for shopping or cars, you’re still well looked after. There’s the Family Fun Zone – which boasts a mini Ferris Wheel – as well as the DIY preloved t-shirt
design area where you can make your own clothing. The Classic Car Boot Sale also boasts plenty of street food and drinks, live DJs and entertainment (as well as a dance floor at Eddie’s Love Bus), and much, much more.
The Classic Car Boot Sale takes place at three locations around King’s Cross (Coals Drop Yard, Granary Square, and Lewis Cubitt Square) on April 26-27, 2025, between 10am and 6pm each day. Tickets are £7 in advance and £8 on the day; kids under 12 go free.
