Chai Guys has just announced the exciting opening of their new Chai Guys Bakehouse in Notting Hill next month and we are buzzing. Their new bakery and cafe, which is set to open its doors on November 23, will be their biggest outpost to date following the success of their Covent Garden and Spitalfields sites.
The bakery cafe will see Chai Guys debuting a new menu featuring new recipes that draw inspiration from culinary traditions from France, Scandinavia, Japan, and India, as well as serving their beloved chai. An array of delightful artisanal pastries will be served that feature a special seasonal selection, all of which are meticulously crafted using the freshest British seasonal ingredients and the highest quality spices to blend global flavours – something that Chai Guys prides itself on.
Among the baked goods on the menu is the indulgent Cardamom-Infused Chai Spice Milk Bread, accompanied by a delightful touch of salted butter, which we are simply dying to try. Not only does the Milk Bread sound delicious but it also captures the unwavering commitment of the bakehouse to serve authentic flavours with the highest quality ingredients, this is why “Chai Guys Bakehouse is more than just Chai”.
The Bakehouse brings both sweet and savoury with the addition of Dhoklas and delicious Egg Sandos, spiced eggs housed between fluffy milk bread, to look forward to. Soft-serve Chai will be available on tap (what a dream) for a refreshing twist on a beloved classic.
Chai Guys have been serving their iconic Masala Chai since their 2019 debut on Brick Lane after a transformative trip to India where the co-founders immersed themselves and learnt the art of chai. Their devotion to high-quality sourcing, attentiveness to flavour and tea to spice ratio is why they believe they produce some of the best chai in the city.
Abhilash Jobanputra and Gabriel Unger, Co-Founders of Chai Guys comment, “Our journey began with a simple cup of chai in India, which ignited our passion for authentic flavours. Chai Guys Bakehouse is our way of sharing the love we have for these genuine tastes with the Notting Hill community and beyond. We’re excited to bring this unique blend of global flavours to our new bakery cafe.”
