We all know that it’s much harder to be in a bad mood about the bad weather when you have a holiday (or five) booked. And luckily for us Londoners, British Airways have read the (rather soggy from all the rain) room, and decided to release some bloomin’ brilliant, budget-friendly flights from London to New York. But you’ll need to be quick if you want to snap some of them up, though, as the sale ends tomorrow (October 1) – eek!
Tickets are on sale now for return trips on various dates next year, but from a little rummage around on the website, it looks like the cheapest months to hop across the pond are November – February (Christmas in New York, anyone?). That’s right: in as little as two months, you could be stood on the Top of the Rock, looking out at one of the most iconic views in the world.
Flights are being snapped up as we speak, but with a decent dig around the treasure trove (also known as the BA website), you can still find some pretty twinkly gems. That’s going to change very soon though, so let that spontaneity lead the way, Londoners!
Return and one-way tickets are both available. But if you opt for the latter and decide to start a new life in New York; allow us to point you in the direction of this lovely lot. There’s some pretty decent flight and hotel packages available in the sale, too. And look, I can neither confirm nor deny whether I booked myself a trip before writing this article. It’s a dog-eat-dog world when it comes to cheap flights, you know?
So, what are you waiting for? Snap up a super cheap trip here.
