The prize is provided and fulfilled by Secret London and Secret Group Limited with registered office at 7 Savoy Court, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 0EX and company number 05071764 (“Secret Cinema“).

How Secret London will use your personal data:

The personal data that you provide in connection with the promotion will be processed by Secret London (as the data controller) in order to operate, administer and manage your participation in this promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions relating to the promotion below (“Terms and Conditions”). If you win a prize, your full name (and the full names of your guests) (“Personal Data”) will be shared with a third party in order to validate your identity for the purpose of prize fulfilment only.
The winner (and winner’s guests) have various rights with regard to the Personal Data which Secret London holds and processes about them:

a) a right to request a copy of that data;
b) a right to require that Secret London erases their data (but note that this will mean that you, or if this request is made by a guest of the winner, that guest, cannot receive or take up the prize);
c) a right to rectify their data; and
d) the right to receive their personal data or ask Secret London to transmit their personal data directly to them or another organisation.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands), other than employees, and their friends and immediate families, of the Promoter or Secret London or Secret Cinema, their associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Secret London, on the Promoter’s behalf, reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Secret London may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until Secret London is satisfied with the verification.
Entry into this promotion does not require any form of payment to be made to the Promoter, Secret London or Secret Cinema and shall not require or otherwise suggest any payment for entry by the participants.

How to Enter

4. You will require internet access, an email address, and an Instagram account to enter the promotion and you must allow social media messages from third parties on that Instagram account in order for Secret London to contact you should you be the winner.

5. Before 11:59 PM (GMT) on 20th March 2022:

7. The promotion opens for participation at 6:00PM (GMT) on 14th March 2022. All entries must be received by Secret London before the promotion closes at 11:59PM (GMT) on 20th March 2022 (“Closing Date”).

8. The Promoter and Secret London accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

9. One entry per person. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

10. Comments made on the Promotional Post must not feature:

or tag Instagram contacts who are under the legal drinking age in that contact’s country of residence;
images of anyone under the age of 25;
third party brands or trade marks;
rude or offensive words or connotations or abusive, defamatory, profane or otherwise offensive or inappropriate language;
the portrayal or suggestion of immoderate or irresponsible drinking;
daring or antisocial behaviour;
anything which may breach or otherwise contravene the Terms of Use or Community Guidelines published by Instagram from time to time;
anything which may breach any legal or code requirement which the Promoter is required to comply with; or
anything which may damage the Promoter’s, San Miguel’s or Secret London’s reputation.

11. Comments made by entrants in order to enter the promotion in accordance with paragraph 5 which, in the reasonable opinion and sole discretion of Secret London (acting on the Promoter’s behalf) are deemed to contravene paragraph 10 will result in the entry to which they relate being ineligible for entry into this promotion and/or removal of the comment from the Promotional Post. Secret London (acting on the Promoter’s behalf) has sole discretion as to whether a comment contravenes paragraph 10 and whether entrance to the promotion is accepted.

Prize

12. There is a total of 1 prize package available to be won, which consists of 5 free VIP tickets (one for the winner and 4 guests) to “Secret Cinema presents Bridgerton with Fever” (“Event”) held at a secret location near Wembley Park Station in London on a date to be notified to the winner by Secret London (and which will be selected from the winner’s preferred dates provided according to paragraph 21 of these Terms and Conditions) the “Prize”. The total Prize is valued at five hundred and eighty-five pounds sterling (£585) and includes:

1. Admission to the Event
2. Fast track entry
3. Exclusive Storylines and Additional Content
4. Access to an Exclusive VIP Area and Private Cloakroom
5. 2 Complimentary Drinks and 1 Food Token Per Person for a single food item

13. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash (or other) alternative will be offered.

14. The winner and their guests must be 18 years old or older. Secret London will request a copy of the winner’s and their guests’ identification to confirm that the winner and their guests are 18 years old or over before a Prize is awarded. If such identification shows that the winner is under 18 years old or if the winner does not provide valid identification to Secret London within 48 hours of Secret London’s request for such identification, the Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn at Secret London’s (on the Promoter’s behalf) sole discretion. If identification provided by a guest of the winner shows that such guest is under 18 years old or if a guest of the winner does not provide valid identification to Secret London within 48 hours of Secret London’s request for such identification, Secret London will contact the winner and ask them to select an alternative/replacement guest. These Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Privacy Policy will apply to any alternative/replacement guest selected. A failure to respond to Secret London’s requests in respect of guests’ identification and/or selecting an alternative/replacement guest (if applicable) under this paragraph 14 may result in the Prize being forfeited and a replacement winner being drawn at Secret London’s (on the Promoter’s behalf) sole discretion. The Promoter and Secret London will not be responsible for any inability of the winner or their guest(s) to take up the specified prize. Winners and their guests will also need to bring valid identification to the Event.

15. Use of the Prize is subject to the venue regulations in force at the Event and the ticket terms and conditions.

16. All VIP tickets must be used by the winner and their guests at the venue, on the date and at time(s) notified to the winner, which shall be one of the preferred dates/times provided under paragraph 21 of these Terms and Conditions. No element of the Prize may be resold under any circumstances. The Prize confirmation will be emailed to the winner using the email address provided to Secret London by the winner in accordance with paragraph 21 of these Terms and Conditions.

17. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, any expenses incurred by the winner and their guests with regard to travel to and from the Event, and in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative Prize of at least equal value, if circumstances make this necessary.

19. If the Prize is declined, or the winner cannot take up the Prize or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification from Secret London that they have won, the Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn at Secret London’s (on the Promoter’s behalf) sole discretion. The Promoter and Secret London will not be responsible for any inability of the winner to take up the specified Prize.

20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for cancellation, curtailment or alteration of the Event to which the Prize relates, or transport to or from it, for any reason.

Selection of Winner

21. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The winner will be contacted no later than 21st March 2022 by direct message on Instagram by Secret London and will be asked to provide (within 48 hours of notification):

1. their email address (to receive the Prize);
2. copies of their and their guests’ names and valid identification (see paragraph 14); and
3. the winner’s 3 preferred session times and dates to attend the Event, to be selected from the dates published on the Bridgerton ticket sales platform here. The winner may choose their preferred dates from all sessions published on this website, including those that have been marked as “sold out”. The winner understands that their first preferred date may not be available, and all elements of the Prize must be used for the same event session.

23. To obtain the name and county of the winner, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Secret London, Fever Labs, 54-56 Camden Lock Place, Camden Town, NW1 8AF or email hello@secretldn.com within three months of the applicable Closing Date. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform Secret London using the contact details in paragraph 2 of the Promotion Privacy Policy “How Secret London will use your personal data” before the Closing Date.

General

24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Netflix or Shondaland and by entering this promotion you hereby release each of these parties from any liability in respect of this promotion.

25. You must not tag, re-post, forward or otherwise share Instagram messages or posts relating to this promotion with any of your Instagram contacts who are under the legal drinking age in the intended recipient’s country of residence.

26. Secret London, on the Promoter’s behalf, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.

27. Secret London may, on the Promoter’s behalf, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions or if it/they has/have any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision as to any aspect of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

28. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

29. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

30. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
