Discover The Wonders Of The World Made With LEGO Bricks At This London Exhibition

Travel around the world in half a million LEGO bricks.

From our very own old London Bridge to the natural beauty of the Great Barrier Reef, artist Warren Elsmore has recreated over 50 iconic landmarks using 500,000 LEGO bricks. Here’s a sneaky peek inside The Horniman Museum’s new Brick Wonders exhibition, which takes you around the globe and on a journey through time:

The exhibition begins with the seven wonders of the ancient world, before exploring other modern, natural and historic landmarks. Besides the obvious sights, Elsmore’s collection of work also features everyday wonders such as electricity and the internet. It will really make you think, as well as drop your jaw in awe.

There’ll also be interactive play areas where visitors can build their own brick wonders, as well as a mini-cinema showing short LEGO animations.

To see the full collection, get yourself down to the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill before October 27, 2019. Tickets cost £8 (£18 for families, £4.50 for children) and you can purchase them here
