I mean, how else does one celebrate World Gin Day than with a bottomless gin brunch?
Personally, I think we’ve reached the point in human history whereby ‘World *insert food/drink/pet/inanimate object here* Day’ is simply a PR exercise – if, indeed, it was ever anything else. Still, when World Gin Day (June 8th, FYI) produces a bottomless gin brunch, right here in London, I’ll keep my reservations to myself in favour of bottomless botanicals.
Taking place at Bull in a China Shop in Shoreditch, this brunch takes the restrained, refined gin drinker and feeds them two hours of bottomless gin cocktails, which is frankly ginsane. There’s the classic G&T, made with Colonel Fox gin, a Ki No Bi Collins, the Gin Mare Red Snapper, and something called a Lavender Bees Knees, whipped up with Silent Pool gin.
To line your stomach before this gin odyssey begins, you’ll be able to choose from a menu of brunch classics, including pancakes & lavender maple syrup, ranch eggs, and “waffles for grown ups”. Sadly, it’s only sticking around for the one day, with slots available on Saturday June 8th between 12 and 5pm, so you’ll need to be swift to nab a spot – find your tickets here. Happy boozing!
