Festival announcement season is cracking on, and Bombay Bicycle Club are the latest act to be confirmed for the very top of the bill for LIDO Festival. Joining them on the bill on Sunday, June 14 will be Metronomy, Alice Phoebe Lou, Billie Marten, and Lucy Rose, with more to be announced as the day draws closer.
The festival is returning to Victoria Park for its sophomore year in 2026, and Bombay Bicycle Club will be performing their 2009 record, I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose, in full along with other hits. Prior to this, they’ll also perform an afternoon set playing their 2010 album, Flaws, in its entirety.

This show comes after they appeared All Points East festival in Victoria Park last summer, performing the main support slot ahead of The Maccabees. When this summer rolls around, they’ll be taking to the same space, but this time topping the bill over at LIDO Festival.
Speaking on the news, Bombay Bicycle Club said: “We had such a great time last summer playing in Victoria Park that when we were asked to come back to headline LIDO, we jumped at the chance. We wanted to do something different as it’s 20 years since we started the band, so we’re going to play our first two albums in full – Flaws in the afternoon and then I Had The Blues in the evening.
“These are such important albums to us and the place they both hold in our fans’ hearts has always meant a lot to us. To have the opportunity to revisit some songs we haven’t played in a long time and perform the whole of both albums is something we can’t wait to share with you.”
