If you’ve searched for items of clothing online during any stage of the 21st century, chances are you’ve stumbled upon ASOS. You might even owe them credit for all of your wardrobe staples.
Now, you’ll be able to swap the web pages for the actual clothing store (I know, it can be done!), with ASOS set to open their first-ever real-life shop in London later this month. Anyone who scrolls through their site religiously can now go and see the same items hung up on display, available for purchase — why has nobody thought of this until now?!
How do I attend the IRL iteration of ASOS?
Anyone hoping to rock up to see the coldest online fits in person can head to 11 Rathbone Place on November 23-26, where the pop-up event is being held. The shop will house a number of Autumn-Winter 2023 collections, with your chance to browse through ASOS DESIGN and ASOS EDITION, as well as the likes of Nike, New Balance and all the other familiar logos you’d expect to see on the homepage. There will even be a Topshop and Topman section for those still shaking their fists in the air at IKEA taking over the palace of shopping on Oxford Street.
Across the long weekend of ASOS, visitors will also be treated to makeovers, talks from special guests, as well as freebies. A number of separate events have also been posted to the ASOS website, with demand clearly heavy; all of them are sold out! These include a New Balance running club, a skincare masterclass, a special Black Friday performance from an unnamed musician, and more! Of course, walk-ins are still encouraged for the pop-up to soak in the IRL atmosphere at ASOS.
Find the ASOS pop-up store in London from November 23-26 between 11am – 7pm over at 11 Rathbone Place, W1T 1HR (nearest station is Tottenham Court Road). Read more about the pop-up here.
