On Saturday 23rd April, a mural of the late performer, Prince, appeared in north London’s Turnpike Lane. It was created by the anonymous street artist, Pegasus, who is best known for his paintings of David Bowie and Amy Winehouse.

The monochrome portrait of the late and great Prince, who passed away last Thursday, is set within a purple frame. Within the painting are also various meaningful symbols, including two doves, a red rose and Prince’s ‘Love Symbol’.
