A luxurious evening will unfold at Vinoly, in the heart of Marylebone, where Encountr will welcome you into a refined private dining space. Here, the experience begins with a Champagne welcome, followed by a journey through five generous glasses of remarkable Pinot Noir wines from across the world.
Let your taste buds travel from France’s Mellot Destinea and Louis Jadot to Chile’s Errazuriz, New Zealand’s Esk Valley, and Australia’s Cherubino vineyards.
Each wine will be expertly paired with seasonal canapés throughout the evening, prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Rob Weston, whose experience spans some of the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens.
