Bokan 37 focuses on seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and artful presentation, all delivered sky high from its Canary Wharf location. Spend two hours enjoying brunch crafted by Executive Chef Guillaume Gillan before wandering up to the 37th, 38th and rooftop terrace floors for some (quite literal) top views.
You’ll find the whole menu here but we’ve picked out some of the most highly recommended dishes to choose: the first course includes dishes like Short rib beef gyoza with smoked ricotta and Crispy squid ring with curry mayo. While for your main course you could dig into Rhug Estate lamb leg steak with mustard chimichurri or Seared brill with baby summer vegetables.
