What can you expect at this white wine experience?
A luxurious evening will unfold at Vinoly, in the heart of Marylebone, where Encountr will welcome you into a warm, refined, and modern private dining space. Here, the experience begins with a Champagne welcome, followed by a journey through five remarkable wines from across the world.
Let your taste buds travel from a South African Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc to a Schieferkopf Riesling from Alsace, a Spanish CVNE Albariño, an Esk Valley Pinot Gris from New Zealand, and an M.Chapoutier Viognier from France.
Each wine will be expertly paired with seasonal canapés throughout the evening, prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Rob Weston, whose experience spans some of the UK’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens.
