Many of you will remember Truman’s Social Club as one of the spots of the summer to watch England’s fantastic run at Euro 2020. Combining big screen with being the largest beer hall in the country, at a whopping 26,000 square feet, will garner that reputation itself.
However, plenty of locals will also remember the success of the Walthamstow Flea Market over at Truman’s, both before and after the euros. And now, tha very same Flea Market that will be making a triumphant return this weekend for another stint.
On February 27, over 60 flea and vintage traders are taking to the humungous beer hall to offer exclusive pieces to attendees. And what would it be without a host of stores serving up coffee, street food and pints? You’re well set to look and feel good upon leaving with both your bellies plus your bags of new clobber nice and full.
From 11am – 5pm at Truman’s Social Club, you’ll be treated to “retro clothing, reclaimed furniture and unexpected rarities”, as well as a range of over 20 beers, coffees and mouthwatering selections of food on the day, including burgers, salads and a range of different small plates.
Entry is just £1, and the flea market takes place on February 27 from 11am – 5pm. Find it at Truman’s Social Club, 1 Priestley Way, E17 6AL (nearest station is Blackhorse Road).
