Grab your London Boy (or girl) and join T-Swizzle in the park!
Hyde Park is currently full of Christmas magic with Winter Wonderland, so it’s pretty hard to imagine it full of sun-drenched revellers dancing madly to pop hits. Still, perhaps it’s time to start getting hyped for that, because it’s just been announced that Taylor Swift will take to the stage at British Summer Time on July 11th. And We. Are. Excited!

Having graced Hyde Park in 2015, Swift makes her first return to the capital since playing a pair of shows at Wembley Stadium in June 2018 (for which yours truly was in the audience, and can confirm it was duly excellent). She’s back with a whole bagful of new songs, having released warmly-acclaimed album Lover earlier this year. Being an album somewhat summery in nature, it somewhat naturally led to Swift’s ‘Lover Fest’ tour, which sees her hitting up festivals across Europe and North America – including the just-announced stop at BST.
So, you’ve got one of London’s most famous parks, one of the planet’s most famous artists, and an evening full of pop bangers. Rejoice people, for it’s a Cruel Summer no more!
Sadly, there’s been no info about a ticket release (we’ll try keep you updated), but you can keep an eye on the Lover Fest website for more information.
