Taste of London festival returns to London this summer, and it’s transforming Regent’s Park into a foodie heaven for two long weekends.
If you’re looking for London’s latest and greatest eats, summer cocktails and a festival atmosphere – minus the muddy fields and rowdy teenagers – we know you’re going to love this one.
From July 7 – 11 and July 14 – 18, Regent’s Park will become a foodie paradise. Top chefs from London’s best restaurants will be offering taster-sized portions of their signature dishes, alongside stalls serving over 100 different kinds of food, peddling the finest artisanal ingredients around.
The 2021 lineup will feature food from over 30 restaurants including Rudy’s Vegan Diner, Gaucho, Flower Burger, Napoli Gang, Benares, Angelina, Casa Calavera Hakkasan, and more, while renowned chefs Nokx Majozi, Ravinder Bhogal, Loic Leguay, Asma Khan, and Rachel Ama will all be appearing, amongst others.
The festival’s sizzling fire pit will once again appear, giving chefs such as FoodSlut’s Jack Whitehall and Marcus, Hot4U and Original Flava the opportunity to grill, sear and smoke their wares over open flames, adding a distinctly paleo edge to proceedings. It’s gonna be lit.
There are literally hundreds of things to do over the course of the festival’s residence, so you really don’t want to miss out. You can get a personal cooking lesson from your favourite chefs including lockdown duo Gizzi Erskine and Professor Green at the ‘Chop It Like It’s Hot: Taste Kitchen’, tuck into Aspall-inspired dishes on a dedicated picnic meadow, enjoy a fancy Laurent-Perrier Prêt-À-Portea afternoon tea, participate in cocktail classes and wine tastings, and make your way through a craft beer trail. And that’s not even half of the fun.
If you’re feeling extra peckish, grab a spot at the Diners Club VIP Lounge, where you get exclusive dibs on food, entertainment, and access to masterclasses, plus fast-track entry to the festival.
