Summer is synonymous with cocktail drinking. Fact.

Here are some of the best places to sip on cool, alcoholic beverages in London this season; from frozen margaritas to charitable sugar snap pea-infused vodka. Believe me, they’re good.

1. Percy & Founders – A Green A-FAIR

⭐️ Sponsored. ⭐️

As part of their Greener On The Inside campaign, Percy & Founders have teamed up with the independent spirits brand FAIR. to create an exciting new summer cocktail, A Green A-FAIR. This delicious summer cocktail is made using FAIR.’s sugar snap pea-infused vodka, house-made sugar snap pea & mint syrup, fresh lime and Franklin & Sons soda. What’s more, for every cocktail served, they’ll donate £1 to The Felix Project; a local charity who rescue surplus foods and deliver it to vulnerable people suffering from food poverty in London. Head over to Fever to get two cocktails for £18.

Find Percy & Founders at 1 Pearson Square, Fitzrovia, W1W 7EY.

2. Camino – Frozen Pink G&T

Step aside frosé, because Camino have only gone and slushified the beloved pink gin and tonic! Now available in all of Camino’s branches, this wonderful creation is the Pink Med Frozen G&T, and it’s a simple yet delicious mix of Sipsmith Gin, rosemary and pink grapefruit.

Find Camino at 2 Curtain Road, EC2A 3BL.

3. Barts – cocktails to match your horoscope

To celebrate the Summer Solstice, Barts have created a very special summer cocktail menu, with drinks that mirror the characteristics and personalities of each horoscope. For example, Cancers, who are known for being indecisive, can opt for a three-layered cocktail, meaning they won’t have to settle for just one flavour. Discover your custom-made cocktail and enjoy it out in Barts’ secret garden!

Find Barts at Chelsea Cloisters, Sloane Avenue, SW3 3DW.

4. Super Lyan – Frozé Margarita

This super summery serve is made with Tapatio Blanco, Cocchi Rosa, apple rhubarb and peychauds. We had to Google 75% of the ingredients, but you don’t actually have to understand what’s in it to know that this is going to taste delicious.

Find Super Lyan at 155 Hoxton Street, N1 6PJ.

5. Skylight – Jalisco Sky

London’s very own rooftop playground has an equally playful cocktail menu. Try your hand at croquet or pétanque, and make sure there’s a Jalisco Sky in the other. A mixture of marshmallow-infused tequila, apricot liqueur, maraschino, lemon and sugar syrup.

Find Skylight at Tobacco Quay, Pennington Street, St Katharine’s & Wapping, E1W 2SF.
