To celebrate the Summer Solstice, Barts have created a very special summer cocktail menu, with drinks that mirror the characteristics and personalities of each horoscope. For example, Cancers, who are known for being indecisive, can opt for a three-layered cocktail, meaning they won’t have to settle for just one flavour. 4. Super Lyan – Frozé Margarita
This super summery serve is made with Tapatio Blanco, Cocchi Rosa, apple rhubarb and peychauds. We had to Google 75% of the ingredients, but you don’t actually have to understand what’s in it to know that this is going to taste delicious.

London’s very own rooftop playground has an equally playful cocktail menu. Try your hand at croquet or pétanque, and make sure there’s a Jalisco Sky in the other. A mixture of marshmallow-infused tequila, apricot liqueur, maraschino, lemon and sugar syrup.

This rooftop bar not only boasts incredible views over London, but the immediate setting is also beautiful.
