What can you expect at Starlight Festival 2026?

This is not just another music festival; Starlight Festival 2026 is the first of its kind, a large-scale, electronic music adventure. Spearheaded by festival giants EXIT, Starlight Festival is descending upon Egypt this October with a lineup featuring techno queen Charlotte de Witte, melodic masters Adriatique, and London’s very own hometown hero, Michael Bibi. And of course, many more. Let’s just say you can channels you inner Indiana Jones, if Indiana Jones traded his whip for a glow stick and a pair of sunnies.

This is not the first run for the Pyramids; there have been lots of exciting one-off concerts in the past. But this is a brand new experience aiming to bring over 15k ravers from around the world to Egypt. Launching between October 8 and 11, it combines immaculate stage designs, cutting-edge sound systems, and hypnotic laser arrays engineered to illuminate the ancient stone architecture without losing any of its mystical desert vibes.

Not to mention the brollians Coco and Breezy, Deer Jade, Fiona Kraft, Floyd Lavine, Layla Benitez, Olympe, and Paolo Ferrara. Basically, prepare for pure desert energy and a festival experience of a lifetime.

How to get to Starlight Festival 2026

Let’s be real, dancing in the drizzle doesn’t quite hit the same when you could be raving under the Egyptian sky. So of course, Starlight Festival 2026 will make history in the music scene. But how can you get there from London? 

Londoners are in luck because airlines like British Airways, easyJet, Wizz Air, and EgyptAir offer frequent direct flights from London to Cairo. With early October return prices typically ranging from £150 to £300 if you book sharpish.
