Spotify have revealed their most-streamed artists, songs, and albums of all time – and Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny & Drake have taken the top spots

Streaming changed the consumption habits of music fans for good when the concept emerged in the 2000s. And Spotify, perhaps the biggest of them all, turns 20 this year, with the brand celebrating by revealing the most-streamed artists, songs, and albums on its platform.

There’s little surprise about who some of the main players are in the list, with each Top 20 dominated by your Swifts, your Weeknds, your Drakes, and your Bad Bunnys.

Only two UK artists—Ed Sheeran and Coldplay—made the top 20 of the most-streamed artists of all time, which was, unsurprisingly, topped by Taylor Swift.

In the most-streamed songs list, however, there was a little more due for UK artists, with Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles, Lewis Capaldi, Arctic Monkeys, Glass Animals, and Coldplay all featuring on the list. Blinding Lights by The Weeknd is the most-streamed song on Spotify, with an eye-watering 5,379,788,638 plays at the time of writing.

As for the most-streamed albums on Spotify, there were once again only two UK artists that made the list, with Divide by Ed Sheeran coming in at third, and AM by Arctic Monkeys at ninth spot. Star of the Super Bowl Half-Time show for 2026, Bad Bunny, holds the number one spot here with his record, Un Verano Sin Ti.
