Soho is almost unrecognisable as diners fill the streets.
Thanks in part to the Soho Summer Street Festival campaign, seventeen streets across Soho are being pedestrianised each night, allowing local bars and restaurants to remain profitable whilst observing social distancing measures. Diners and drinkers are now filling the likes of Greek Street, Dean Street, Old Compton Street, and more, with table service taking over the streets from 5pm. It’s a little different to how Soho usually looks, but with alfresco dining being the best way to keep local businesses afloat whilst giving Londoners those long, lazy dinners that steal away a whole evening, we’re all for it.
