Need some inspo for some of the best ways to savour the rest of your summer in London? We’ve partnered with Corona Cero to uncover some of the city’s best pastimes, from the fun and fast-paced to ultimate relaxation – these guides have been created to help you make every moment golden. And we’re kicking things off with a round-up of our favourite low-tempo summer activities…
1. Catch a film at a rooftop cinema
There’s nothing like a jaw-dropping view to make your favourite movie moments feel even more iconic. Rooftop Film Club’s open-air cinemas show new releases, cult films, and classics, so you can enjoy al fresco viewing with the glittering London skyline in the background – plus they’ve got you covered with top tier movie snacks and drinks as well. So what’ll it be – A Star is Born at sunset or Dirty Dancing at dusk?

7 & 8 Stratford Multi Storey Car Park, Great Eastern Road, E15 1XE
2. Cruise around on a boating lake
Taking in the gorgeous setting of Regent’s Park from a rowing boat or a pedalo on the lake, is about as relaxing as it gets. Surrounded by luscious greenery and wildlife, it’s the perfect place to just switch off and be among nature. Boats can be rented for up to an hour, and you can do it with up to three friends – or simply go alone and enjoy a wholesome solo activity.
3. Enjoy a picnic in the park
Once you’re firmly back on dry land, you can continue to enjoy the natural beauty of Regent’s Park with a picnic. The grounds are filled with lovely peaceful spots where you can lounge on the grass whilst grazing on your packed lunch. A cool box filled with cold Corona Cero is a must, to make the moment extra golden! The Regent’s Park, Hanover Gate, NW1 4NU
4. Amble around London zoo
Just a hop, skip and a jump away from your picnic spot lies the world’s oldest scientific zoo, where you can meet an array of species, from a 193kg silverback gorilla to Asiatic lions. But aside from getting up close with wildlife from across the world, you can also get involved in other events and activities, including fascinating conservation talks and Vinyasa yoga at penguin beach. Outer Cir, NW1 4RY
5. Soak in the stunning views from the Skygarden
A summer activities round-up is simply not complete without a golden hour spent in the Sky Garden. Abundant with landscaped greenery, as well as observation decks and an open-air terrace, the panoramic city views you’ll find up there are truly unparalleled. Entry to London’s highest public garden is free – just make sure you reserve your spaces ahead of time, as it does get booked up. Sky Garden Walk, EC3M 8AF
6. Go for a swim in a lido
When we’re graced with warm enough weather to enjoy an outdoor swim, we like to head straight to one of London’s lidos. There are plenty of outdoor pools in the city where you can take a refreshing dip – but some of them are slightly heated, if you’re not keen on the brisker temperatures. Here is a list of our favourite al fresco swimming spots in London.
7. Pick out a bouquet from a flower market
London in bloom is a wonderful sight to behold. And there are markets all over the city where you can find breathtakingly beautiful flowers and plants to take home with you – or simply enjoy the sights and smells as you pass through! Columbia Road Flower Market, New Covent Garden Flower Market and New Spitalfields Market are three of our faves, but we’ve got a round up here where you can find even more inspo.
8. Sip Corona Cero at one of these top London bars
There are so many fab places to enjoy a refreshing al fresco drink with mates in London. Some of our fave places to hang out and enjoy a cold Corona Cero this summer are ArcadeX at Battersea Power Station, The Serpentine Bar & Kitchen, and The Ship in Wandsworth. Hit them up for your next golden hour gathering!
