Selfridges’ Christmas Shop Has Opened And It’s Even Earlier Than Ever Before

Yes, you read that correctly. Selfridges have opened their Christmas shop already, 147 days before the big day.

Oh here it is Merry Christmas, everybody’s having fu– oh no wait, it’s still summer.

Selfridges have beat everyone to the punch (although we didn’t realise there was such a rush) and are stepping up everyone’s decoration game with a shop dedicated to everything Christmas-related.

Expect to find £50 corgi baubles, quintessentially British decorations and Selfridges-branded baubles because, you know, why not?

If you’ve got a hankering for some festive flavours or wish to dine on some egg nog (in an innovative spread form) then you’re in luck too. From Friday, Selfridges will also be selling London’s best loved Christmas treats. Expect bejewelled fruit cakes, fancy mince pies and some delicious sounding white chocolate & pistachio cookies. Because maybe we should ditch the tequila cocktails and opt for turkey sandwiches instead?

With branches in Birmingham and Manchester also, the department store is collectively expected to stock 130,000 festive products including 51,000 baubles, 65 tree and lighting options, and 80 different varieties of crackers.
