A pop-up dedicated to selfie-taking is coming to Shoreditch, and it’s an Instagrammer’s dream.
A first for the UK, the Selfie Factory was inspired by a trip to LA, presumably visiting places such as this seriously ‘grammable pop-up. Now hitting the streets of Shoreditch in November, this colourful exhibition will have more than ten photogenic installations and backdrops, designed to help you get the perfect selfie. Make your way around and you’ll discover a giant ball pit room, a doughnut wall, a confetti cove, and so much more – and tickets are on sale now. (? by @aliceellagram)
Fill your phone with thousands of colourful snaps, utilising all of the fun spaces and props. After an hour in this place, you’ll have your Instagram feed sorted for at least the next year.
Venue director Will Bower said “We’re now part of the ‘selfie-generation’; people are sharing more and more photos of themselves and sometimes go to great lengths to capture the perfect snap. Our goal is to create an environment where anyone can come in, have a load of fun and leave with some really cool pictures they can show their friends.”
Location: 133-135 Bethnal Green Road, E2 7DG. Nearest station: Shoreditch High Street. See it on Google Maps.
Opening hours: open from November 9, for 12 days.
Price: Tickets cost £15 for an hour of sweet Instagram action.
