What can you expect at this Sauvignon Blanc experience?
The night will take you on a journey across continents, climates, and styles, beginning with a Champagne welcome, followed by five acclaimed wines, from the French maison of Joseph Mellot to Chilean wine masters Errazuriz, New Zealand’s Villa Maria, and finally South Africa’s family-owned Kleine Zalze.
These remarkable wines highlight the varied and nuanced expressions of the Sauvignon Blanc grape around the world. Each of the wines has been carefully selected, introducing you to bottles you’ll want to return to again and again.
Each wine is expertly paired with gourmet canapés, crafted with seasonal ingredients under the direction of Executive Chef Rob Weston, whose work has passed through some of the UK’s most renowned Michelin-starred kitchens.
