Rooftop Film Club has returned to take your movie-watching experience to new heights in 2025. Quite literally!
The sky-high cinematic experience is back once again, and is popping up at two rooftops across London. It’s your chance to experience an unforgettable cinematic event in the capital. They’ve taken to the sky this summer at Peckham’s Bussey Building, and Stratford Roof East.
A summer schedule of pure movie magic awaits movie lovers. Screenings include new releases, award-winners, and the classic films we all know and love. From Pulp Fiction to La La Land, 28 Days Later to The Princess Diaries and A Minecraft Movie; there’s something for everyone. There will also be special events, themed nights, and mini marathons of TV mega-hits. These range from the ’90s Kids Club’ to a Supernatural mini-marathon, a ‘Summer Horror Showcase’, and more.
This summer, Rooftop Film Club will also be keeping visitors up to date with all of the sporting action. They’ll be screening the semi-finals and the finals of the Women’s EURO competition. And they’re also set to host a special screening of the Wimbledon finals. If you can’t be sitting courtside, why not catch the action live from high in the sky?
Now, you simply can’t watch a movie without some snacks and drinks, so both venues have plenty of food and drinks on offer. Peckham’s site has an impressive menu of cocktails and pizzas, as well as sharing plates and sides to snack on.
And then over at Stratford Roof East, you’ll have access to the whole rooftop experience. This means you can grab food from Cheeky Burger, Piddaji, and Chick’n’Sours, and wash it all down with a whole host of drink options. Regardless of whether you’re a wine or beer drinker, a cocktail sipper, or tee-total, there’s plenty to choose from.
So grab some snacks, grab a drink, and kick back and relax as you enjoy one of the most spectacular movie nights that London has to offer.
