Don’t worry if you’re experiencing some not-so-delayed muscle soreness after your workout. A mere five minutes walk away you’ll find The Avocado Show, one of the neighbourhood’s top brunch spots. Unsurprisingly this place is an avocado lover’s heaven, and the good news is they’re all sustainable. The food is as pretty as a picture, but it tastes even better. Revamp your wardrobe on the Mile of Style
There are few things more satisfying than a successful retail therapy sesh. And with the outstanding array of flagship stores and retailers on Regent Street, you’re guaranteed to walk away with some fantastic purchases. You can find all of your summer essentials (and then some!) at the likes of ARKET, Uniqlo, Free People and Beyond Retro. And if you’re in the market for some new skincare, you’ll not be disappointed with the incredible products at AESOP and MALIN+GOETZ. Of course, if you’re looking to make an investment purchase, Liberty London or Burberry are great places to find inspiration.
Enjoy a lunch of leisure
You’ll undoubtedly be more than a little peckish after your fruitful shopping expedition. And the best way to follow up a successful spree is with an even better lunch. Heddon Street is full of wonderful eateries, perfect for al fresco dining (and a celebratory cocktail, should the mood take you). For mouth watering brasserie fare in an elegant setting, Gordon Ramsay’s Heddon Street Kitchen is the perfect spot. Or transport yourself to the warmth of the Algarve with Piri-Piri Margarita and Portuguese cuisine at Casa Do Frango. Adjoining to both of these fantastic eateries you’ll find the Heddon Street Summer Terrace. This fully pedestrianised spot will provide guests with the ultimate al fresco dining experience. There’s even a curated programme of live music to keep you entertained whilst you eat, drink and relax.

Do dinner al fresco at one of these outstanding restaurants
It would be criminal not to round off such a blissful day with a superb al fresco dinner. So we’ve put forward a few suggestions as to where you can do so (but there’s plenty more options to explore). Heddon Yokocho’s cosy, lantern-strewn terrace will transport you to 1970’s Tokyo as you savour a fragrant bowl of ramen. Or if you’re celebrating a special occasion (or just want dinner with a view!) The Nest Rooftop Bar is an excellent choice. Their gorgeous terrace offers 360 degree views over the city, making it a glorious place to enjoy one of their seasonal cocktails and some mouthwatering food from their all day menu. 14-15 Langham Place W1B 2QS
