London restaurant ‘Reform Social & Grill’ offers a menu that revolves entirely around Yorkshire puddings.
Yup, you read that right: the best thing to come out of the North is finally taking centre stage on our plates. And it’s about bloody time too.
Reform Social & Grill in Marylebone launched their Yorkshire Pudding platters back in 2016, but they was such a hit they added the to their permanent menu. The menu consists of two separate platters – one savoury, one sweet – which will come with three mini filled Yorkshire puddings on each.
In the savoury corner, we have:
A salt beef, horseradish and watercress pudding; a hot-smoked salmon, cream cheese and chive version; and a final pud filled with Tunworth cheese and truffle.
And in the sweet corner, the trio of desserts are:
A chocolate and caramel pudding; a sugared Yorkie filled with clotted cream and jam; and a banana and custard temptation.
Two courses of Yorkshire Puddings will set you back £16, with each platter costing £8. That’s a whole lots of Yorkies right there – but we’re certainly not judging…
