Who’s playing Reading and Leeds Festival?
Fresh off her multiple Grammy nominations and her headline set at Hyde Park last summer – and her Glastonbury set too (shh) – the American songstress Lana Del Rey will be heading 2024’s Reading and Leeds Festival, which will take place on August 21-25, returning to Richfield Avenue in Reading and Leeds’ Bramham Park.
She’ll be joined by legendary American rock band Blink 182, man of the moment Fred Again and Liam Gallagher – who’ll be marking the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ debut LP ‘Definitely Maybe’ with his headline set.
Today Reading & Leeds announced over 50 new artists for 2024.
Artists added to the line-up of today’s leading talents, such as pop icon and star of the new ‘Mean Girls: The Musical’ Reneé Rapp, indie-pop hero Beabadoobee, Tik-Tok sensation Arthur Hill, the ever-evolving alternative hit maker Ashnikko and Kenya Grace who has gone viral for her electro-pop mixes.
Two indie legends and fan favourites Two Door Cinema Club and The Wombats will also be performing at the festival. Other rock and indie acts announced today include Fontaines D.C., Neck Deep, Bleachers and newcomers and winners of the BBC Sound of Poll 2024, The Last Dinner Party.
Not to forget the addition of hip-hip legend and elite producer Kenny Beats, Denzel Curry, our drum and bass favourite Nia Archives and Hak Baker.
Also joining is one of the most original live electronic acts Overmono, with Barry Can’t Swim, Sonny Fodera, Bou, Sim0ne, KiLLOWEN joining the dance music front of the festival.
It’s shaped up to be a pretty great lineup – we can’t wait to see what else they’ve got in store!
