Nestled in the heart of St James’s, Quaglino’s is the ultimate glamorous dining spot, with striking art-deco interiors that featured in an iconic dinner scene in the Netflix adaptation of One Day. The menu offers contemporary European food that pairs perfectly with their extensive wine list – while live music five days a week makes brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks all feel effortlessly special. With the colder months drawing in and new seasonal menu items on the horizon, Quaglino’s timeless charm makes it the perfect setting for indulgent evenings, cosy catch ups, and sparkling festive celebrations as Christmas and New Year’s Eve approach.

This October, Quaglino’s is getting arty for Frieze London. From October 15–19, four contemporary artists – Zara Muse, Steve Lazarides, Robi Walters, and Amanza Smith (who you may recognise from Selling Sunset) will be reimagining the restaurant’s iconic columns (which Conran’s artists once painted!), transforming the restaurant’s interior into a mini gallery.
Visit on October 15 to watch the artists create their installations in real time, whilst enjoying some live music. Amanza Smith will also be hosting an exclusive brunch on October 18, with delicious, limited edition Dalmore whisky cocktails. The installations will be on show until November 2, so you’ve got plenty of time to go and admire them.
If you’re partial to a great martini, visit before October 12 to try out Quaglinos’ ‘A Tini Affair’ with No 3 Gin menu. Inspired by finding the perfect martini (everyone has their preferences!), the menu offers two gin martinis that you can customise to your taste. There are plenty of mouthwatering bar snacks to pair alongside such as oysters or nocellara olives. Or opt for the Tini Table, including your choice of No 3 martini, chicken caesar salad, truffle and parmesan fries, and olives for just £35 (minimum two people).
