‘Palace Bowl Presents’ has announced its inaugural summer of festivals, with a series of events taking place at – you guessed it – Crystal Palace Bowl. They’re set to run across nearly three weeks later in the year, and they’ve just gone ahead and made their first announcement, with Bastille and The Wombats both taking to the stage on Thursday, August 13.
Both bands will co-headline the event, which is the first to be announced of dates between July 31 and August 16, so expect plenty more news of shows in the series to come your way.

For Bastille, it marks their first headline show in London since last year, when they took to the O2 arena as part of a tour across the UK. Their last record, &, was their fifth studio album, and dropped in August 2024. On top of the Crystal Palace gig, they’ll also be playing a string of summer outdoor shows at venues in Cardiff, Margate, Scarborough, and more.
The Wombats also last headlined London at the O2 last year, as they toured their latest record, Oh! The Ocean, which come out in February 2025.
