Padella pasta kits

Padella is coming to you with their new pasta kits.

You may have already tried your hand at cooking along to Padella’s pici cacio e pepe recipe, but if you’re looking for a little more structured cooking, then their latest venture is likely to be music to your ears. The cult London restaurant have launched a pair of at-home pasta kits, which will make it easier than ever to scoff fabulous fresh pasta in the comfort of your own home. Padella are making the recipes basically idiot-proof, as both kits will be part-prepared; all you need to do is step up and spend five minutes finishing them off. Simple, right? You’ve got two dishes to choose from, either the incomparable beef shin ragu pappardelle, or Padella’s tagliarini with tomato.

At present, the pasta kits are more of a trial run than anything else, with Padella currently delivering to Islington and Hackney via bike. One thing that they’re most likely already sure of is the demand, with the restaurant being one of the capital’s very favourites for good reason. If the trial proves successful, you’ll hopefully be able to get your hands on the next batch – we’ll keep you updated with any more details!
