An Only Fools And Horses Musical Is Coming To London’s West End

‘Only Fools And Horses’ The Musical is hitting London’s West End in 2019.

So, sod millionaires! This time next year, Rodney and Del Boy will be stars of the stage.

Jim Sullivan, son of the BBC sitcom’s creator, John Sullivan, is the brains behind the musical, with plenty of help from comedian Paul Whitehouse, best known for The Fast Show. Chas Hodges, one half of Chas & Dave, is also behind more than twenty new songs that are set to feature in the show. Sadly the musician passed away in September, so this will be an excellent tribute.

The Musical boasts a shining cast: Tom Bennett will star as Del Boy, up-and-coming actor Ryan Hutton will play Rodney, while Paul Whitehouse will play Grandad.

Some say there’s a lot of pressure for the musical to live up to the original TV show’s legacy, but Sullivan and Whitehouse aren’t worried. John Sullivan himself was working on this project when he died, and he’d even worked on some of the songs with Hodges before his passing.

The show kicks off on February 9 at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. Head to for more information and tickets.
