While your dominant thought right now might be the world-crushing fear that you might miss out on Oasis tickets, you can plan another Gallagher-themed day out in London while you wait.
After a successful, sold-out run in Manchester, the Together We’ll Fly exhibition is landing in London – which continues the run of the largest collection of Oasis memorabilia in one place.
Together We’ll Fly
Scattered around the Together We’ll Fly will be a treasure trove of Oasis memorabilia, including guitars played by Noel Gallagher, signed merchandise including disc awards, promo copies of albums, signed Manchester City shirts, platinum records, old tickets to shows, posters, and much more.
Across the three days, you also view Q&A sessions with names including Brian Cannon, who founded Microdot, designers of Oasis record sleeves through the 90s and their famous black and white logo. Tim Abbot, former managing director at Creation Records (who put out the seminal Definitely Maybe and (What’s The Story) Morning Glory?), will also appear to speak, as will Rockfield Studios Nick Brine.
There are still more guests to be announced, and if you opt for the more expensive VIP pass, you can also take home a pair of personally signed drum skins and sticks from original drummer Tony McCarroll (you’ll be able to request a dedication/lyric upon arrival), as well as some extra signed memorabilia as part of your event pack.
Plus, while attending you’ll be checking out the products for a good cause. Though the entry price may seem a little steep at £45, you’ll be helping raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust along the way. Should you attend? Definitely maybe.
Together We’ll Fly takes place between October 18-20. Tickets start at £45 and raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust, and you’ll find the exhibition at The Cumberland Hotel, Great Cumberland Place, W1H 7DL (nearest station is Marble Arch). Book your spot here.
