Noizé Unlocked is the first in the experiential series ‘Unlocked by Encountr’, taking place over just two exclusive sessions on May 5 and 12, so you’ll want to secure your spot at the dinner table while you can.
Your hosts will include Encountr’s CEO, David Alexander, and the restaurant’s owner and founder, Mathieu Germond, both experienced in the rare, coveted Chapoutier wines you will be tasting. Head Chef George will personally welcome you into his culinary world, one that’s devoted to seasonal ingredients and the pleasures of French flavours as they pair with these exquisite wines.

What can you expect at Noizé Unlocked?
For this special evening, you’ll be hosted, led, and guided through each moment. The night will begin with a reception of the newest English Sparkling cuvée, Domaine Evremond. It follows with a dinner curated to match extraordinary Chapoutier wines, warming your palate with a perfect balance of honey, quince, and walnut notes.
The bespoke four-course menu has been specially designed for this experience and thoughtfully paired, drawing on refined traditions of French cooking and the chef’s own culinary sensibilities.
The evening unfolds slowly over four hours – nothing is rushed, so you can take your time to savour every bite and sip, and enjoy personal interactions with your hosts and the chef throughout the night.
This evening is best enjoyed with friends, and Encountr’s team will seat grouped bookings together and alongside other wine and dining enthusiasts, providing the opportunity to bond over this shared experience.
Noizé Unlocked will take place at Noizé, on 39 Whitfield Street, at the heart of Fitzrovia. Only two sessions will take place, on May 5 and 12, each dinner starting at 7 pm.
