If you fancy cruising around like a real Rock’n’Roll Star, then there’s a set of wheels on the market that is sure to have you feeling Supersonic as you Slide Away down the road with the keys. If you have a spare million lying around, you gotta make it happen.
Noel Gallagher’s 1997 Bentley Turbo R is on the market for an eye-watering £1.2 million, and you can pick it up via Autotrader if you so desire. It’s a new listing, even coming with a customised number plate reading ‘OASI6 2’.

While he may have owned the car, it’s pretty likely that Noel Gallagher never actually drove his prized Bentley. Why? The Oasis man never actually got a driving license – probably owing to the fact that becoming that Rock’n’Roll Star might have sucked up a bit of time. It is noted that the car is a “chance to invest in the lead singer and songwriter’s once pride and joy.”
Said to have six previous owners, the Bentley has a mileage of 101,824 miles clocked up, with a four-door saloon style and a 6.8L engine. We’d be lying if we said She’s Electric, though (because the car runs on petrol).
On the listing via Autotrader, the description reads: “This stunning Bentley was previously owned by the famous Noel Gallagher from the legendary Band OASIS. The car is in excellent condition with a superb interior and is surprisingly reliable although rarely driven.”

Of course, this all comes very soon before Oasis embark on their first shows in 16 years, with shows pencilled in across the country (including seven nights at London’s Wembley Stadium) to mark the seismic reunion tour that had millions attempt to buy tickets. With the tour kicking off on July 4 in Cardiff, you can probably lodge a safe bet that this won’t be the last Oasis-based article you see on the site this year…
‘Til then…? Offer up £1.2 million for this Bentley if you have the cash lying around.
