Ganymede has opened its doors in Belgravia!
Coming to you from the team behind Kensington favourites The Hunter’s Moon, Ganymede has just become one of Belgravia’s newest bar and restaurants.
Lunar Pub Company unveiled the brand new site earlier this month, and when you see some of the dishes, you’ll be rushing out to take advantage of this brilliant new spot.
Ganymede is named after the largest moon of Jupiter, and the opulent spot specialises in fine British cuisine with a carefully crafted drinks menu. Relax with a chilli and cucumber margarita at the front bar area before before heading out back into the velvet green banquette booths of the dining room to start enjoying your feast.
Expect a varied menu each time you step through their doors. Starters include a foie gras and chicken liver parfait with white wine jelly and toasted brioche: baby artichoke and charred shallot salad with burrata, frisée, truffle and hazelnuts; as well as a scallop ceviche with whipped avocado, pickled ginger and ponzu dressing.
Then, you can move onto their showboating collection of mains. Will you opt for crisp suckling pork belly with parsnip purée, pommes cocotte and turnips? Or perhaps the braised featherblade of beef with carrot purée, kale, triple cooked truffle and parmesan chips will pique your interest. Plus, their rabbit and pistachio terrine with grilled rye bread and burnt onion emulsion just sounds like a winner to us. Oh, and they’ll offer a fine Sunday roast with all the trimmings, because what can beat that?
Find Ganymede at 139 Ebury Street, Belgravia, SW1W 9QU (Nearest stations are Victoria and Sloane Square). Check their website for the full menu and reservations.
