The Miracle on Russell Street Christmas cocktail experience will open its doors for some spirited revelry next month. And we can’t wait to sip on their charmingly celebratory drinks.
Scrooges beware, because Miracle on Russell Street might just be the most Christmassy experience in the city. Indeed, it would be virtually impossible for the venue to feature any more decorations or spirit at all. And it’s opening up to bring you a dose of Christmas cheer on November 9. Be sure to make a booking soon, because they disappear like hotcakes mince pies every year!
Miracle on Russell Street
Previously known as Miracle at Henrietta, the limited-time cocktail experience moved to a larger venue last year to accommodate even more Christmas spirit. Fittingly for the new location, it rebranded as Miracle on Russell Street.
But fret not, they haven’t tamped down the Christmas spirit at all. When you walk in, it still looks like an entire Christmas store has somehow exploded within its walls. Every single surface is completely covered in decorations and festive touches. And every element, down to the glassware itself, has been carefully considered to maximise that Christmassy feeling.
Aimed at transporting you back to Christmases past, an army of throwback Christmas ornaments, colourful lights, and an oversized fireplace transform the space into a ravishingly retro bar. It’s outrageously over the top, but we’ll never stop loving it!
Christmassy cocktails
There’s more than just eye-popping décor on offer at Miracle on Russell Street. Their wonderfully wacky Christmas concoctions are just as outlandish as the furnishings. They change up the menu each year, albeit with a few standout faves returning. Old favourites include the Chrismapolitan and the Snowball Old Fashioned.
And the fun doesn’t just stop with the drink itself; the vessels are equally delightful. Cocktails are served in gloriously tacky Christmas mugs and glasses. We’re particularly fond of the ADORABLE dinosaur-shaped Santarex vessel. Just look at that tiny Santa hat!
