A Pop-Up ‘Beauty Playground’ Has Arrived In Covent Garden For London Beauty Week

London’s first ever Beauty Week is underway!

Taking place between now and September 15, London Beauty Week has taken over Covent Garden’s east Piazza and turned it into a giant Beauty Playground. Join a Glossybox treasure hunt, visit Weleda Skin Food’s Nice Cream Van, give Floral Street Fragrance’s prize wheel a spin, or try a cocktail inspired by Molton Brown’s classic scents. You can also sit in on panel talks discussing important topics with industry experts, plus exclusive experiences from the likes of NARS, Chanel, Aesop, and Glossybox.

Panel discussions will be taking place at 13-14 Floral Street, where they’ll be talking about everything from Instagram and sustainability, to men in beauty and busting beauty myths. Tickets to the panel talks cost £10 and include a limited edition goody bag. All proceeds go directly to the charity Beauty Banks*, which provides women, men and young people in need with essential toiletries, fashion products and life’s “little luxuries”. Get your tickets here.

London Beauty Week will also be searching for the Next British Beauty Brand; offering start-up beauty companies the opportunity to win the title, as well as some expert beauty business mentoring and a central London retail space. The judging panel includes some of the most influential names in the industry, including top dogs from The British Beauty Council, Covent Garden, WGSN, Harvey Nichols and Felix Capital.

On top of all this, shops across Covent Garden will be offering late night shopping and exclusive events. For example, Aesop will be offering bespoke skincare consultations and Jo Malone will be hosting flower arranging masterclasses and cocktail evenings.
