Next weekend, Londoners shan’t be needing a plane ticket and a hefty wad of spending money in order to experience the tastes and traditions of Korea; a trusty Oyster Card will suffice, because a huge Korean food festival is landing in London over the early May bank holiday weekend. The capital city has worked up a rather mighty appetite for all things Korean recently, and Londoners can expect that appetite to be wholly satisfied with the arrival of JUNG.
JUNG Korean food festival
JUNG Festival is a bold new culture-led food festival that’ll be brought to London courtesy of the hugely popular TikTok foodie, Rollin Lee (widely recognised as London’s leading Korean food content creator) and Market Root (the team behind six successful Korean creator markets in the capital). Named after the Korean concept of Jeong; the festival will ooze the feeling of warmth and connection that comes with sharing food.
The festival will shine a light on the creativity and community of Korea’s culinary scene. And beyond firm favourites like kimchi and Korean Fried Chicken, the festival will give Londoners the chance to immerse themselves in the country’s cuisine and tuck into many other delicious Korean dishes.
Designed to go far beyond trend-led, ‘viral’ dining; the festival will bring together around 20 food traders alongside 10 independent Korean food and culinary brands. And will give Londoners the chance to experience the breadth and beauty of one of the world’s most exciting cuisines in a way that feels both authentic and accessible.
JUNG Festival is completely free to visit and will be landing at Canopy Market, West Handyside Canopy, King’s Cross, N1C 4BH between May 1 and May 4, 2026. Find out more and plan your visit here.
