Jeremy Corbyn is officially selling the Finsbury Park pad in which he has lived for the best part of two decades. Having snapped up the north London abode for just £363,000 in 2007 (according to Land Registry documents), the former Labour leader’s home is on the property market for £700,000 – and it now looks to be under offer.
Jeremy Corbyn is currently the Your Party MP for Islington North, and he has lived in the oh-so desirable borough since 1970. According to the property-pros over at Rightmove, the three-bedroom terraced townhouse is perched on ‘a quiet street located close to the many amenities of Seven Sisters and Holloway Road and is a short walk to the green space of Finsbury Park as well as the underground and overground stations, with great links to the City and West End’.

Rather homely and relatively unassuming in decor, the ‘charming and spacious’ property spans three floors and boasts three bedrooms, two reception rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a 26-foot back garden. It was reportedly listed on London’s property market a few years back for £1 million, but was relisted for £800,000 in March 2026, and has been steadily reduced since then.
It seems as though Corbyn has now accepted a buyer for the property as the listing now states that it’s been sold. The exact sale price, however, has not yet been disclosed. If it sold for the current asking price on Rightmove’s website, it will have gone for almost double the price that Corbyn paid for it back in 2007.
You can peruse the full property listing here, but it looks as though the house has already been snapped up.
