The highly anticipated immersive Van Gogh exhibition will transform a former horse and carriage repository in east London.
Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience will make its London debut at historical Commercial Street venue, Commercial 106. The stunning Victorian space is a listed building just across the road from the city’s famed Old Spitalfields Market. Chosen for its gorgeous original features, including exposed brickwork, timber beams and beautiful arch entrance, the former 19th century stable building boasts a triple height atrium, spanning 17,000 square feet.
This beautiful reclaimed space is the perfect setting for the multi-sensory experience, and it’s ready and waiting to be decked with animated displays of masterpieces by the iconic, post-impressionist painter, Van Gogh. Using a unique combination of several dozen projectors, 1000m² screens, plus a separate high-tech VR adventure, visitors should prepare to be fully immersed in a mind-bending 360° digital art experience.
