Taking place from today, May 16, until Saturday, May 18, it’s set to be the stylish house party of the year you won’t want to miss out on. If you’re not up to date with what’s going on, we’ll give you a quick lowdown.
The Haig Club House Party is set across multiple floors of an elegant Soho townhouse. Inside, you’ll find unique rooms offering difference experiences, live music and a chance to dance on the tiles. Tickets are sold out for Thursday and Friday but there’s still a chance to come along on Saturday.
The best news is you’ll get to sample a range of delicious cocktails at the event. Even if whisky isn’t usually your drink of choice, the Haig Club House Party will introduce you to this tipple in a new way – forget all connotations of stuffy members clubs and pipettes of water. In the Dining Room, you’ll be led by a friendly brand ambassador to create your own, bespoke Haig Club New Old Fashioned, mixed exactly to your taste.
In the Haig Club Lounge, you’ll be greeted with a Haig Club, Orange and Tonic. It’s a deliciously light whisky and tonic drink with an orange twist that’s super easy to prepare. Which means it’s one to keep in mind next time you’re out and fancy an elegant cocktail.
The fun continues when you leave the Lounge and enter the Dining Room. Once you’re seated around the table, a Haig Club brand ambassador will talk you through the easy way to create your own Haig Club New Old Fashioned. While it’s typically unlike any other Old Fashioned you’ve tried before, the beauty here is that you can make your own rules to flavour it however you like.
Once you’ve perfected your new favourite cocktail, wander through for a dance on the tiles in the Kitchen.
If you’re feeling impatient before the event and want to crack on making your own rules with these cocktails, you’ll find a full list of recipes here. Now all that’s left to do is book your slot at the Haig Club House Party!
