Frozen Island

Despite the name, the Frozen Island is a toasty Christmas hideaway.

We’ll level with you: being shipwrecked on a frozen island is rarely a good thing. However, you do get the odd exception, and this is one of them. Deep in the heart of Covent Garden, an enchanted Frozen Island is setting up for the winter – and rather than biting winds and Arctic predators, this one will feature frosted palm trees and your favourite Christmas films. Book your passage to the Frozen Island now, and read on for more information.

Frozen Island

Normally a tropical island paradise, Tropicana Beach Club is undergoing a stunning winter transformation, complete with icicles, snow globes, and a glistening frozen lake. From November 11, you’ll be able to settle in for a wonderful winter film, including the likes of Elf, Home Alone, The Polar Express, and The Holiday. To complete your island experience, guests will also be given a frozen cocktail and popcorn on arrival. Should you decide to make your stay on the Frozen Island even comfier, you could upgrade to the VIP Snow Cabin, which comes handily equipped with a bottle of prosecco and your own private screen.

Frozen Island

It’s sure to be a wonderful festive experience – although if it feels a little passive to you, you can get more involved with their series of singalong showings, which include Frozen and The Greatest Showman. Looking further ahead, beyond Christmas (sob) will see Mrs Doubtfire, Pirates of the Caribbean, Cast Away, and Cool Runnings join the Frozen Island lineup. They say no man is an island – we say no man or woman can resist the Frozen Island.
