One of London’s most Instagrammable cafés is showing its support for the NHS in the loveliest of ways.
EL&N‘s Brompton Road café has opened its doors to NHS and key workers so they can collect a bag full of groceries, totally free of charge.
Every Monday and Tuesday from 12pm–4pm, starting today (May 4), all key workers can make a trip to the Knightsbridge-based café to claim their free essential goodies—all they need is a valid work ID. The bags—EL&N branded totes, which are treat in themselves—will include groceries such as milk, eggs, fruit, vegetables, pasta and bread.
As well as giving away bags of groceries, EL&N have—in true EL&N fashion—transformed their window display into a beautiful ode to the NHS. The installation was designed by Elari Events, who ventured out for the first time since lockdown began to create this wonderful tribute, all while staying a safe distance apart from one another.
