At 3 million square feet, this mammoth “mega-mall” is the epitome of excessiveness — and it’s being called ‘American Dream’.

‘American Dream’ will be an entertainment centre like no other. The 16 acre space is set to include: a Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park with over 20 rides; a DreamWorks Water Park with 35 water slides and 13 attractions; North America’s first indoor snow park, Big SNOW; an NHL-size ice rink and hockey facility; a CMX luxury theatre; a 300-foot observation wheel; an aquarium; a Legoland Discover Centre; a Climbzone; a mirror maze; and—somehow—more.
In addition to all of these activities, it is technically still a mall, so there will also be 450 retail shops and a section, called ‘Koi Court’, that’ll be dedicated solely to the most high-end luxury brands.

And of course what is all of this without places to eat? American Dream will offer an international selection of cuisines with over 20 full-service restaurants in their Dining Terrace, 18 local and regional “hot spots” in the Munchies Food Hall, and the first-ever strictly Kosher food market in North America.
As if this wasn’t already enough to make your head spin, the space will also be used as an events venue, hosting all sorts of pop-up experiences, installations, and even concerts.
American Dream is set to open on October 25, so get Skyscanning!
