A brand-new £24 million eco-conscious resort is opening in the Cotswolds, bringing 50 sleek Scandi-style cabins, a nature spa and low-key wellness to one of the UK’s most idyllic regions.
A massive new £24 million resort right in heart of the Cotswolds
A derelict old radio transmission site in Langley, in the Cotswolds, is being transformed into a brand-new luxury retreat called Cabü in the Cotswolds. The project is worth around £24 million and is currently slated to open in 2027.
The Cotswolds’ gentle hills and postcard villages already make it prime staycation territory, so this new resort is very much tapping into an existing love affair with the area.
Inside Cabü – the massive new £24 million resort in the Cotswolds

The resort will feature more than 50 self-catered cabins, with one-, two- and three-bed options designed for couples, families and small groups.
Architecturally, expect a Scandi feel: clean-lined timber-panel cabins with green window details that blend into the landscape rather than shout over it.
The site will also include a shop, two bars and an events studio, giving it the feel of a small, self-contained village.
Cabü says the cabins will be built using modern timber engineering methods, with zero water used in manufacture, underlining the eco-leaning ethos of the development.
Wellness, “low-adrenaline” fun in Cotswolds and how stays will work

The resort is pitching itself firmly at the chilled end of the spectrum, with “low adrenaline activities” taking priority over high-octane thrills.
Guests will have access to an indoor pool and a nature spa featuring saunas, hot tubs and plunge buckets – think slow mornings, long soaks and early nights, not late-night DJ sets.
Once open, Cabü in the Cotswolds will offer two-, three- and four-night stays throughout the year, making it suited to both quick escapes and slightly longer resets.
It’s the kind of place you go to swap doomscrolling for woodland walks, swims and a glass of wine by the fire.
Cabü already runs two luxury resorts: one on St Mary’s Bay in Kent and another in Killykeen Forest Park in Ireland. Both existing sites centre around a “Cabü House” – a hub that acts as reception, social space and sometimes dining venue, plus a nature spa and a “sitooterie” (a Scottish term for a spot to sit out, socialise and gather around a fire).
Cabü in the Cotswolds is expected to follow a similar model, pairing private cabins with convivial shared spaces to encourage guests to actually leave their phones and their rooms.
How much would it cost to stay in the Cotswolds resort?
Prices for the Cotswolds resort haven’t been announced yet. As a rough guide, a two-night stay for two at Cabü’s Kent resort currently costs about £395, while a similar stay in the Irish cabins comes in around £544.
Given the Cotswolds’ popularity and the £24 million price tag, you can probably expect rates to land in the same ballpark or a little higher – once bookings open.
