Head to one of these London cabaret clubs for a brilliant, bawdy and boozy burlesque show.
1-2) Burlesque at Café de Paris, Leicester Square
The oldest and most iconic cabaret venue in London is home to some brilliant burlesque shows. On Fridays, ‘The Service’ variety dinner show takes you on a night of jaw-dropping circus, burlesque and world-class entertainment as performers electrify the stage. Tickets from £20.
On Saturdays, Showtime Cabaret is the gold standard for raucous comedy and booty shaking. Cabaret, burlesque, circus and comedy fill the ballroom as they have done for nearly a century. Tickets from £20.
3-4) Proud City, Tower Hill
Head along to the City’s very own specialist cabaret venue for some thrilling nights of entertainment.
On Thursdays, catch the Cabaret Cocktail Club show from just £10.
And on Saturdays, leave your inhibitions at the door of the mischevious and seductive Secret Burlesque Society, from £20.
5) Queen of Roses at the London Cabaret Club, Holborn
(We’re not sure how much burlesque is really in this one, but we include it anyway!) The Queen Of Roses is a traditional British show with a modern twist, based on the early formation of the four nations that make up the United Kingdom. Expect acts such as a Victorian waltz, Scottish Drummers, Irish dancers, Welsh singers… and HRH’s very own dancing soldiers. The experience at The London Cabaret Club isn’t just limited to the stage. From British tapas dishes to original cocktails and glamorous hosts, it’s a top-notch night out. Tickets from £43.
