Taking place at The 108, Brent Cross Town every Saturday from July 25th until August 29th, the high energy competition will see teams (or solo entrants paired up) battle it out across padel, baseball batting and a bootcamp fitness challenge with prizes to be won. Your £10 ticket gets you entry into The Play-Offs and a free drink.
Bring your A-game, assemble your teams, and book your spot at The Play-Offs
Once you get to Brent Cross Town – it’s time for the games to begin. No matter what your experience level, expect a day filled with fun, fitness and of course a bit of healthy competition.
Each 90-minute round starts with a warm up and briefing before teams compete across three challenges. You’ll start off with a warm up and briefing around the activities and scoring system, followed by a 30 minute Padel challenge where teams compete in a series of short doubles matches across two courts, rotating opponents between rounds. Then, time to take a swing at baseball where teams test both power and accuracy through a series of batting cage challenges and then finish up with a team bootcamp challenge where you’ll work through a series of functional fitness stations featuring medicine ball exercises, shuttle runs, burpees, lunges and partner challenges.

Scoring is simple, but every challenge counts. Teams earn their points across all three activities, with padel match wins worth three points, batting challenge wins worth two points and each bootcamp station win earning one point. An additional five bonus points are awarded to the overall bootcamp winners. The highest scoring team is crowned winner and highest scoring competitors get the Most Valuable Player title.
